This site provides both an External Public and Internal Internet Portal for the 2021 Fremont Unified School District Long Range Master Plan Update.
AE3 Partners/Steinberg Hart Architects was hired in November 2020 to complete the update of the District’s Long Range Facility Master Plan (LRFMP) which was last updated in 2015. The State of California requires that school districts regularly perform periodic updates to this plan so that they can determine how to best allocate funding for and plan the development of facility improvements.
Starting in March 2021, this team will begin contacting the leads at school sites to establish stakeholder teams. These teams will complete various surveys and provide additional data that the team will use, along with information collected during site visits, to develop a recommended plan for the District. The community will be given opportunity to comment on this plan as it is developed.
Please note the purpose of this project is to update the current Facilities Master Plan with new information on educational programs, usage, physical conditions, community concerns and demographics. Although we understand many stakeholders have comments on all aspects of District Programs and Operations, please note that the focus of the Masterplan Update is on physical facilities and infrastructures, and all comments provided should be submitted along these lines.
